Hi, I’m Stephanie.

I’ve spent 5+ years in the kind of work most people find tedious ( operations, logistics, bookkeeping, permitting ) for businesses. The kind of work where nothing’s glamorous, but everything falls apart if someone doesn’t stay on top of it. Turns out, I actually love it. Spreadsheets, research rabbit holes, tracking down the right vendor, untangling a messy to-do list, that’s genuinely my idea of a good afternoon.

Somewhere along the way, I noticed a gap. Full-service wedding planners are amazing, but they’re also expensive and out of reach for a lot of couples working with smaller budgets. And not every bride has a mom, a maid of honor, or a fiancé with the time (or interest) to help her sort through contracts, timelines, and Etsy vendor options at 11pm.

That’s where I come in. I’m not trying to replace a full planning team or run your wedding day, I’m here for the in-between stuff. The research. The paperwork. The “can you just help me figure this out” moments. Whether that’s finding a few vendors that fit your budget, building out a simple day-of timeline, or just being someone to bounce ideas off of, I’ll help take it off your plate so you can actually enjoy planning your wedding instead of drowning in it.

At the end of the day, I just want fewer brides to feel like they’re figuring all of this out alone.
